10yo Ruby Port
Exclusively bottled for Asia, this golden malt was initially matured for over 7 years in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. To add further depth and complexity, the spirit was then re-racked into specially selected casks which previously held Ruby Port, a youthful, more vibrant style of Port made from local Portuguese grape varieties.
As well as bestowing a delicate rose hue, the finishing period of approximately 36 months has imparted flavours of ripe red fruits and hints of rich dark chocolate. Coupled with aromas of smooth caramel and notes of heather honey, the resulting malt delivers a truly divine drinking experience.
Bottled at 48%, without added colouring or chill-filtration.

Notes of cocoa, plum jam and honeysuckle, with bursts of caramel, hazelnut and blackberry.
Taste
Waves of heather honey, candied nuts and wild berries, followed by ripe orchard fruits, baking spices and dark chocolate, with ginger and figs on the finish.
