NOSE: Honeycomb, mocha and maraschino cherries, with baking spices, vanilla buttercream and molasses tart.
TASTE: Treacle, cherry and candied orange, followed by cinnamon buttercream, mocha and crème de cassis, with crystallised brown sugar and plum syrup.
