Taste Profile
NOSE: Brandied dark fruits, grilled honeycomb and caramelised muscovado sugar, with treacle-soaked orchard fruits and fig syrup.
TASTE: Candied plum, raisin butter and mānuka honey, followed by dark chocolate and black cherries, with orange mocha, cinnamon and crystalised ginger.
