At The GlenAllachie Distillery, our spirit lends itself perfectly to maturation in rich Sherry casks, which contribute to their robust flavour profile. This International Sherry Week, we celebrate the various types of Sherry that have influenced The GlenAllachie spirit. From Sherry flights and cocktails at supporting bars to events at our own distillery, we’re offering unique experiences across Europe.

The GlenAllachie Sherry Series part one consists of three expressions: 9-year-old Fino Sherry Cask Finish, 9-year-old Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish and 9-year-old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish. Order via our online shop and receive a free glass with every bottle of the Sherry Series ordered until 10th November.

The GlenAllachie Distillery
Sherry Week tasting flights will be available at our bar for the week. They will include whiskies finished in Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks alongside the corresponding Sherries. The flight is priced at £25.
We are also hosting a Spanish tapas night with El Raco de Las Tapas on Friday 8th November. Food will be served from 5pm until 7:30pm, with our bar remaining open until 8:30pm. No booking is required to attend. Enjoy pairing authentic Spanish food with our Sherried whiskies.
