We’re delighted to present The GlenAllachie Dancheong Edition, bottled exclusively for @MetaBevKorea, featuring two distinct 15-year-old expressions. The first, 15-year-old Oloroso & Pedro Ximénez Cask Matured (48%), showcases the depth and richness of Oloroso cask maturation, while the second, 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Cask Matured (54.5%), leans heavily into the luxurious sweetness of Pedro Ximénez, balanced with Oloroso sherry and a subtle hint of Virgin Oak.
Both editions draw design inspiration from Dancheong, the traditional Korean art of vibrant, multicoloured decoration, reflected in their striking, expressive presentation. Personally selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, each expression offers an indulgent insight into our signature sherried style. Both are non-chill filtered with no added colour, and the Pedro Ximénez-forward expression is bottled at cask strength, offering the purest experience of tasting straight from the cask.
