Behind the scenes in Billy Walker’s blending lab. Amid rows of sample bottles and tasting glasses, Billy carefully crafts each creation, guided as much by his intuition as by knowledge.
Reflecting on his work, Billy once said: “If you ask me is blending a science or an art, I would tend to err on the side of art, but to have knowledge of the science and to understand the expectation of what you know should be happening all through the process is very, very helpful when it comes to the more personality-driven blending side.”

Primarily known for crafting whiskies for premium blends, the distillery held immense potential for a superlative single malt, an opportunity Billy was eager to seize.
Eight years on, The GlenAllachie proudly presents a superlative collection of award-winning and world-renowned whiskies. Billy and his team continue their tireless pursuit of perfection, exploring new cask types to craft exceptional whiskies for enthusiasts around the world. A heartfelt thank you to all our supporters along the way - we couldn’t have done it without you.

Sinteis Part II, bottled at cask strength, unites 2015 single malt matured in Scottish virgin oak with whisky from Oloroso Sherry casks, creating a expression where contrasts meet in harmony.
At 58.2% ABV, the nose greets you with mocha, grilled honeycomb and sun-ripened berries, threaded with whispers of cinnamon butter and toasted lemon peel. On the palate, heather honey and bright citrus unfold into gently warmed baking spices, gingersnaps and poached orchard fruits, before settling into a lingering finish of mocha and vanilla buttercream.
