Our Sinteis series is named after the Scottish Gaelic word for ‘synthesis’; the collection showcases the interaction between virgin oak and traditional sherry casks, balancing innovation with familiarity. Part II merges single malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks with spirit from rare Scottish virgin oak barrels, resulting in a harmonious fusion of dark chocolate, grated nutmeg and citrus fruits.
