Hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, The GlenAllachie 31 year old Oloroso Hogshead is part of the third batch of the UK exclusive Single Cask series.
Each specially selected release demonstrates the exceptional casks to be found in GlenAllachie’s warehouses and Walker’s meticulous approach to wood management which sees him use his experience and expertise to steer the unique interaction of wood, spirit and subsequent flavour development.
Bottled at 51.1%, unchilfiltered and natural colour, only 339 bottles are available at specialist retailers throughout the UK.

Nose
Heather honey, mocha, nutmeg, pineapple and eucalyptus.
Taste
Waves of dark chocolate, mocha and almonds, followed by orange zest, grapefruit and ginger.
